Shipping Carriers
Tachikichi provides safe and reliable shipping services to ensure the secure delivery of products. If any damage or loss occurs during shipping, our company will provide compensation.
However, please note that if you use a shipping carrier or customs broker other than the one arranged by our company, the compensation will not apply.

- The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country or region.
- For DHL, additional shipping options can be specified after the tracking number is issued.
Shipping Policy
- Most products will be shipped within five business days after order confirmation.
- If the product is pre-ordered or out of stock, it may take more than five business days for shipping.
- If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together.
- After shipment, we will send an email with tracking information.
- You will receive updates via email each time the tracking information is updated.
- Signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please follow the carrier’s instructions to receive your package.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes).
Packaging & Damage Claims
- We take great care in packaging products to ensure safe delivery.
- Although we handle hundreds of shipments every month, shipping issues rarely occur.
- In the event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival with photos showing the damage.
Import Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities.
- Additionally, customers must submit any required customs documents on their own.

Country-Specific Import Rules
United States
- Orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.
- For orders exceeding $800, we will attempt to split shipments whenever possible.
- Note: We cannot guarantee that all orders can be split.
Australia
- Orders under AUD 1,000 are classified as low-value imports.
- Since July 1, 2018, duties may apply in certain cases.
Canada
- Orders exceeding CAD 20 may be subject to customs duties and GST.
Singapore
- Orders exceeding SGD 400 may be subject to customs duties and GST.
Mainland China
- We use EMS for shipping. While most shipments pass customs smoothly, some may be subject to tax.
- Typically, a 13% "Personal Postal Tax" applies (subject to change).
- If the total tax amount is below 50 CNY, it is often exempted.
Purchase Limit
- Single purchase limit: 5,000 CNY
- Annual purchase limit: 26,000 CNY
EU Countries
- In the EU, customs duties apply to the total of product price and shipping fees.
- VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
