Refund Policy

At Tachikichi, we strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. If you encounter any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to offer support to the best of our ability.


Order Cancellation

If Your Order Has Not Been Packed

  • If your order has not yet been packed, you may cancel it.
  • In this case, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If Your Order Has Already Been Packed

  • Once packing is complete, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • However, you may return the item following our return process.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, original shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
  • Please refer to the Returns & Refunds section for details.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled, even before shipment.
  • The following types of orders are non-cancelable:

Returns

  • Tachikichi accepts returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The delivery date is determined based on the recorded signature at the time of receipt.
  • Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days.

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products upon arrival.
  • Exchanges can only be processed if the defect or damage is reported within 10 days of delivery.
  • Minor scuffs or small scratches caused during manufacturing or shipping are not eligible for exchanges.

Delivery Date Confirmation

  • The delivery date is based on the signature recorded upon receipt.
  • If more than 10 days have passed, we cannot determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery, and we cannot process an exchange.

Exchange Procedure

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us via our Contact Form or email info@tachikichi.com.
  • Attach photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • We will review your request and proceed with an exchange or refund.
  • If the requested exchange item is discontinued or out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Replacements

  • If the return or exchange is due to an initial defect or wrong shipment, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Methods

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect.
  • PayPal refunds will be completed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fees & Other Charges

  • Only the product price is refundable.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Custom duties and other processing fees are also non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (as refund processing times may vary).
